Prime 1 Studio has put a focus on the depiction of "blood" in this piece. Violence, fear, regeneration, and desire—these themes of the work are expressed through various artistic techniques. First, take a look at the vast amount of blood dripping from the three menacing blades. The sprayed red is mixed into a dark, viscous hue, giving a sense of sticky, grimy blood, making it clear that these blades have been swung at something inhuman.
Despite the violent impression, the details of each part are incredibly delicate. The blades on both arms, which bring to mind the intense pain of tearing through flesh, and the head blade extending between the LED-lit eyes, are intricately crafted. Even the blood-splattered clothes and sneakers are meticulously detailed.
