A large-scale exhibition, "Gege Akutami's 'Jujutsu Kaisen' Exhibition," revealing the "behind-the-scenes creation secrets" of the manga "Jujutsu Kaisen," will be held at "Hikarie Hall" in Shibuya Hikarie from July 6 to August 27. The exhibition will feature an exclusive audio guide recorded by Junya Enoki (Yuji Itadori) and Junichi Suwabe (Ryomen Sukuna), as well as information about the official catalog and the collaboration event "Hikarie Incident" with Shibuya Hikarie.
The Exhibition will unveil the digital creation process of the series, with commentary from the author. Fans can explore the evolution of the story, characters, and illustrations, including precious drafts and rough sketches before they became finished manuscripts.
The 800 yen (tax included) audio guide can be played on visitors' smartphones, with Enoki and Suwabe unraveling the secrets of Akutami's creation process. Both voice actors have shared their experiences and comments, diving deeper into the process of voicing the characters.
The exhibition will also offer an official catalog, "Gege Akutami's 'Jujutsu Kaisen' Exhibition Official Catalog," packed with detailed information across 192 pages. It includes not only the finished manuscripts but also many previously unreleased drafts and rough sketches displayed at the venue.
Additionally, this collaboration event with Shibuya Hikarie has been named "Hikarie Incident". Throughout the event period, photo spots will be set up around the Hikarie building, and 21 dining establishments will participate in a collaborative food and drink menu. Be sure to check these out when you visit!
